SOME MARKET MISCHIEF!
It’s June 14, also known as Flag Day, and the Vanderbears are playing outside.
They notice a sign for a farmer’s market.
Alice looks in the cupboard and comes to the conclusion that the bears have made it bare! She decides that they must go to the market!
They arrive and see all of the ripe, delicious fruits and vegetables!
Cornelius finds the most perfect apple, and reaches for it . . .
Sending a cascade of apples crashing down!
Meanwhile, Alice grabs and buys a lot of the produce to stock up.
When it is time to leave, Rascal has other plans.
He climbs until he reaches his destination . . .
And finds he can’t get back down again!
As Alice saves the silly little dog, she says, “I don’t think Rascal (Or Cornelius), can go to the farmer’s market again!”
